Movement & Foundation Training with John Gannon

7:00 AM and 3:00 PM

Elevate your physical strength, mobility, and injury prevention with expert trainer John Gannon. These sessions focus on functional movement, flexibility, and building a solid foundation for all your surf activities.

Yoga for Flexibility & Recovery

8:00 AM and 4:00 PM

Stretch, recover, and restore your body with daily yoga sessions. These classes are designed to improve flexibility, release tension, and recover from the physical demands of surfing.

Surf Apnea Mini-Certification with Augusto Vegas

Times TBC

Learn the art of breath-hold training in the water with Augusto Vegas. This 4-hour mini-certification combines theory and practical exercises in the pool, teaching you vital skills to extend your surf sessions and improve your comfort in bigger waves.

Daily Ice Baths

Participate in daily ice baths to enhance recovery, reduce inflammation, and build mental resilience. It’s the perfect way to reset your body and prepare for the next day’s activities.
